Privacy Policy for TinyWins Pro

TinyWins Pro is a personal productivity app by FitMacro Technologies Inc. This policy explains what information is stored on your device, what may be sent to our servers, and how it is used.

1. Information Stored on Your Device

Most TinyWins Pro data is stored locally on your device, including goals, tasks, planner blocks, time windows, Pomodoro sessions, progress, streaks, reflections, preferences, and focus settings.

Deleting the app removes locally stored TinyWins Pro data from your device, unless you have separately exported or backed up that data.

2. Sign in with Apple

If you choose to sign in with Apple, TinyWins Pro may receive and store your Apple user identifier, name, and email address. This is used for app functionality, account display, and account-related features.

TinyWins Pro does not receive your Apple ID password or Apple payment details.

3. AI Roadmaps

If you use AI roadmap features, the planning information you enter may be sent to TinyWins Pro servers and an AI service provider to generate a roadmap. This may include your goal title, focus area, target date, available weekly minutes, current level, blocker, and related roadmap answers.

This information is used to provide the AI roadmap feature. Do not enter sensitive personal, medical, financial, legal, or confidential information into the AI roadmap feature.

We do not use AI roadmap inputs for advertising or cross-app tracking.

4. Focus Lock and Screen Time Permissions

TinyWins Pro uses Apple Screen Time and Family Controls permissions to let you choose apps, websites, or categories to block during focus sessions.

Your selected Focus Lock apps, websites, and categories are stored on your device and used to apply Apple-provided shielding during focus sessions. TinyWins Pro does not send your selected blocked apps, websites, categories, browsing history, or app usage history to our servers.

5. Notifications

TinyWins Pro may ask permission to send local notifications for reminders, planning prompts, task timing, and Pomodoro sessions. Notification scheduling is handled on your device.

6. In-App Purchases

TinyWins Pro offers optional subscriptions processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store payment card details. The app receives subscription status information from Apple so premium features can be unlocked.

7. Analytics and Diagnostics

TinyWins Pro may store basic app event logs locally on your device to support product quality and troubleshooting. These local analytics can be cleared in the app settings.

We may receive crash reports, diagnostics, and server operation logs that help us maintain reliability. Server logs are intended to avoid storing full user goals, blockers, AI prompts, or AI responses.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising or tracking.

Information may be processed by service providers only as needed to operate TinyWins Pro, including Apple services for purchases and sign-in, hosting providers for the AI backend, and AI service providers for roadmap generation.

9. Children’s Privacy

TinyWins Pro is intended for personal productivity and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Your Choices

You can use most app features without Sign in with Apple.
You can choose whether to grant notification permissions.
You can choose whether to grant Screen Time permissions for Focus Lock.
You can avoid using AI roadmap features if you do not want planning text sent to the AI backend.
You can delete local app data by deleting the app from your device.

11. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated as TinyWins Pro evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
