FitMacro provides in-app account deletion. To delete your account, open the FitMacro app, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
If you cannot access the app, email info@fitmacro.ca from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your FitMacro account and associated app data.
Account deletion removes eligible FitMacro account records and app data associated with your account, such as profile details, meal and nutrition records, preferences, coaching records, notification records, and uploaded content where applicable.
Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, payment, dispute resolution, or platform compliance purposes. Purchase and subscription records may also be retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other payment providers according to their own policies.
We review deletion requests, verify account ownership when needed, and delete eligible account data according to our privacy policy and legal obligations. Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.
